Billing and Insurance
Atlanta Tinnitus Consultants, LLC does not contract with any third-party payors (insurance companies, HMOs, PPOs, Medicare, etc.)
Payment in full by check, debit card, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover) is expected at the conclusion of each visit. Patients are then given a receipt that explains in detail each service rendered along with the appropriate codes to submit to their carriers so they can obtain maximal reimbursement in accordance with their contracts with those carriers. Atlanta Tinnitus Consultants, LLC does not file insurance or file Medicare.
When follow-up visits for patients living at a distance from Atlanta are conducted via telephone or video conferencing, patients' credit cards are billed and the receipts (with codes) sent to them immediately.
